Joe has been a Senior Leader with a career spanning 35 years at Allied Signal and Johnson and Johnson. His experience spans across procurement, supply chain, operations management, program and product line management. In his past 15 years at Johnson & Johnson, Joe has held several leadership positions across Johnson and Johnson businesses of increasing scope Joe currently serves as the leader of critical Supply Chain sourcing processes which include, Supplier Reliability/Plant Connectivity, Partner Development, Supplier Pull and Connectivity, Advanced Sourcing and Innovation, Sustainability and Responsible Procurement, CCFS Category, Supply Chain Services, Supplier Risk Management/Supplier Diversity, Purchasing Compliance and Education. He also serves on the leadership team for end to end Product Supply for the Enterprise. Joe has a Bachelor of Arts from Ramapo College of New Jersey and a Master of Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He has served as an Adjunct Professor of Business at Ramapo College of New Jersey.
